A real example of a departmental success:

SITUATION:

A highly successful Casino implemented our product in their Cage Operation as a "test." Prior to our installation, the Cage operation utilized 88 hours per week from ten supervisors to schedule three hundred and fifty employees.  There were forty open positions for the Cage Operation posted in human resources. Frequently the cage experienced long lines in front of their windows.

RESULT:

Within weeks of implementation, an administrative assistant could complete the weekly schedule in one and a half hours.  Eighty-eight hours of time for supervisors was freed up to supervise.  Forty open positions were closed saving one point five million dollars annually; positions no longer needed once scheduling was based on hour by hour forecasts.  The long lines at the cage window were gone, and guest satisfaction has significantly improved in this area.
